OUR TWO SUBMISSIONS

"GUITARS IN SYNC" CD FOR:

O  Best Engineered Album

     (Non-Classical)

OUR SINGLE "WHISPERING" FOR:

O  Best Arrangement, Instrumental & Vocal

As I now approach 82 years of age… I recall when I first heard the music of Les Paul and Mary Ford back in 1951. I had made it my life’s goal to learn how to play the guitar in that style and to master the recording processes that Les used to create this fascinating sound.
Les and I were friends for over sixty years. During that lifelong relationship, and after many years of learning, experimentation and recordings on my own, I achieved my goal. In 2003 at Mahwah, Les declared that he considered me to be his recording equal.
My youngest daughter Laurie and I have been recording together for over thirty years. “Guitars In Sync” is our first commercial CD.  We hope that it will bring back fond memories of days gone by and introduce this unique guitar and vocal style to current generations of new listeners and fans as well. Our CD is truly:

“Music In The

Les Paul and Mary Ford Tradition”.
