Mr And Mrs Snowman 2:310:00 / 2:31
In October 1997, at the Iridium Club in New York City, renowned guitarist Les Paul exclaimed that:
"George and Laurie are the only two people I have ever heard in my lifetime
who have exactly duplicated the sound that Mary (Ford) and I had in the 1950s"
Now... Here Are George Bowley and Laurie Dupuis
With Their Own Unique Recordings
and Inimitable Multiple Guitar and Vocal Styling!
OUR LATEST RELEASE - JANUARY
This item is a physical jewel-cased CD that will be sent by USPS Media Mail.
The CD contains twelve unique and creative new arrangements of old and new song favorites by George Bowley and Laurie Dupuis - recorded in the multiple guitar and vocal styling reminiscent of 1950s recording artists Les Paul and Mary Ford.
An additional (and valuable) feature of this CD is the included 16 Page Booklet that discusses the evolution of recording technology from the old days of 1950s monophonic tape overdubbing - to today’s stereophonic digital multitracking processes. The booklet also provides a brief insight into the artist’s recording history, as well as an anecdotal paragraph or two addressing each of the twelve songs in the album.
